If I were a colour I would want to be purple. I love purple – lilacs, lilies, violets. It’s my favourite colour. It’s a rich colour and is often associated with royalty (just call me Princess Holly).

Purple is the color of dignity and self-respect … it imparts determination and feeling of being in control, clears the mind of negative influences, calms nervousness and relieves stress.

Yup, those sound like great things to me because those characteristics are the exact opposite of the ones I have with PTSD.
